His experience includes leadership roles in some of South Florida’s most prestigious developments, including serving as Director of Sales for ICON Las Olas by the Related Group and for Trump Hollywood by the Trump Organization. This background has equipped him with a strong command of the luxury condominium market and the expertise to guide clients through complex transactions with confidence.

In addition to his professional achievements, Bill is an active member of the real estate and civic spheres. He serves on the Miami-Dade County Board of the Master Brokers Forum (MBF), previously helped organize the Broward County chapter, and sits on the board of the Miami Design Preservation League. He was also appointed to the City of Miami Beach Transportation and Parking Committee.

 

Originally from the Midwest, Bill is a graduate of The Linsly School and Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where he studied marketing and finance. Before real estate sales, he founded and operated Beacon Valuation Company, a residential real estate appraisal firm based in Boston. He remains active in alumni fundraising efforts for both his college fraternity, Sigma Alpha Epsilon, and his prep school.
